SnapSpin will not be held liable in any way regarding shipping delays caused by the courier companies.
While purchased photo booth packages and/or platforms are in the process of production and/or shipping, we are encouraging our valued clients to refrain from booking events and rentals during this time. We will not compensate any amount of loss due to the negligence of the parties involved.
We use express shipping couriers for SnapSpin’s 360 Photo Booth Packages and Platforms to ensure your product arrives safely. After product shipment, delivery time is approximately 15 business days. Local import duties and charges may apply for international deliveries.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the custom fabrication and logo printing inclusions of the 360 Photo Booth Packages and Platforms of SnapSpin, requests for any form of returns and/or refunds will not be accepted.
However, we advise our valued clients to immediately contact us if a defect was observed upon receipt and/or an incorrect product was shipped to them. In the event that the situation was proven to be company negligence, the item will be examined for a possible refund/replacement; given that a return was arranged and the original packaging of the merchandise as it was received remained entirely intact and free from distortion as to not affect the reselling of the item/s.
